PVARA licence tracker
Which crypto platforms hold a PVARA no-objection certificate (NOC) or licence, with the official source and the date we checked every status. As of September 27, 2026, PVARA has confirmed NOCs for two platforms, Binance and HTX, granted on December 12, 2025, and has issued no full licences.

Short answer Only Binance and HTX hold a PVARA NOC. A NOC is not a full licence: it lets a platform register with the Financial Monitoring Unit, set up a local company and apply for a licence. No platform holds a full PVARA licence yet.

- Licensed: holds a full licence from PVARA. None yet.
- NOC: holds a PVARA no-objection certificate and may take the next licensing steps.
- Applicant: reported to have applied. Applicants are not approved. PVARA has not published a list of applicants, so we list a platform as an applicant only when PVARA or the platform itself confirms it.
- None: no PVARA approval.
The Virtual Assets Act, 2026 requires PVARA to publish a register of licensees on its website. That register is not yet online; PVARA’s news page ↗ is the official record of the NOCs.
