The bank says the charge is deducted from the account. You should not pay the agent the withdrawal charge separately. A statutory 0.8% withholding tax applies to non-filers whose total daily withdrawal exceeds Rs50,000; the schedule says that tax is calculated on the full daily withdrawal across retail and ATM channels.

The IBFT allowance is an aggregate monthly amount, not a free amount for every transfer. The schedule also notes a transaction-processing fee for 1LINK IBFT transactions. Review the confirmation screen before sending, because the bank may charge less than the published maximum.

Small app and USSD charges

The October–December schedule lists Rs1 for a USSD platform transaction and Rs1 for a USSD balance inquiry. A 1LINK or ATM balance inquiry costs Rs4.67 including tax. Mini statements in the app are free.

Mobile load and mobile packages are free for the first five transactions in a month. Fair-use charges then rise in bands, so repeated small top-ups can cost more than the first ones.

How to avoid the wrong fee

  1. Check whether you are sending to another Easypaisa wallet, a bank account by IBFT, or a Raast ID. These are different rails.
  2. Review your monthly bank-transfer total before sending an IBFT payment.
  3. For cash withdrawal, compare the agent slab with the Rs35 ATM charge.
  4. Never pay an agent a separate withdrawal fee when the charge has already been deducted from your wallet.

For account access and escalation, see Easypaisa complaints. For the account code and helplines, see Easypaisa codes. Raast and IBFT explain the two transfer rails.
