Short answer Allied Bank accepts complaints through its online form, 24/7 phone banking, email, a branch complaint box, fax or post. Submit a clear description and keep the reference number. Allied’s complaint guide says complaints sent by letter or email are acknowledged with a reference number no later than five working days.
A complaint is easier to investigate when it identifies one event. Record:
Never include a PIN, password or one-time code. For an active fraud risk, call the bank promptly and ask whether the card, app access or payment instruction needs to be blocked.

For a phone or online complaint, ask how the acknowledgement will arrive. If nothing arrives within the stated period, follow up through the official contact page and quote the date, channel and subject of the first submission.
Use a plain sequence:
Avoid guessing who caused the problem. If an ATM dispensed no cash, say what the receipt and balance showed. If a transfer went to the wrong account, report it immediately but do not describe a reversal as guaranteed. Our guide to bank-transfer reversals explains why timing and recipient consent can matter.
Call the bank rather than relying only on email when there may be continuing loss. Allied’s Contact Us page identifies 042-111-225-225 as Allied Phone Banking and notes that, inside Pakistan, the bank may call customers from 1222.
That note does not make every call displaying 1222 safe. Do not reveal credentials or approve a transaction because a caller claims to be from the bank. End the call and dial the published number yourself if anything feels wrong.
First send a concise follow-up to Allied Bank with the complaint reference, the response received and the exact point still unresolved.
Allied Bank links customers to the State Bank of Pakistan’s Sunwai portal. Sunwai is designed to register and track complaints against banks, DFIs and microfinance banks. The portal supplies a tracking number and is available through the web and mobile apps.
Use the forum appropriate to the complaint and follow its current eligibility rules. Keep the bank’s acknowledgement, your chronology and the documents that support the disputed fact.
Save these together:
Redact passwords, PINs, CVVs and one-time codes. Send full identity documents only when the official bank or redress forum specifically requires them through a verified channel.
Use the official online complaint form, call 042-111-225-225, email complaint@abl.com, visit a branch, fax the complaint or write to the Complaint Management Division.
Its complaint guide says complaints received by letter or email are acknowledged with a reference number no later than five working days.
The online form asks whether the person is an Allied Bank customer, which provides a route to identify non-customer submissions as well. The bank will decide whether the issue falls within its remit.
Allied Bank links to SBP’s Sunwai service. Banking Mohtasib Pakistan may also be relevant depending on the complaint and its current rules.
