Short answer Submit JS Bank complaints through the contacts on the bank’s Customer Touchpoints page ↗. Keep the complaint or dispute tracking number and distinguish an acknowledgement from a final response.
For a lost card or suspected unauthorised transaction, contact the bank immediately to request protective action. Do not wait until you have written a long complaint before reporting an active account-security problem.

The bank requests a name, address, contact number, CNIC number, account number, brief description and any supporting documents when a complaint is lodged.
Prepare a concise chronology. For a transaction problem, keep the date, amount, reference and the relevant account entry together. State the outcome you are requesting: investigating a debit, explaining a rejected payment or correcting account information, for example. This is a suggested way to organise your evidence, not a promise about the bank’s decision.
Provide personal documents only through the bank’s confirmed channel. Do not put a full CNIC or account statement into a public social-media comment.
JS Bank says a complaint or dispute reference is supplied by SMS, email or letter. Retain it with your copy of the complaint.
When following up, use that reference and describe any genuinely new evidence. Keep separate notes for the original report, an additional document request and the final answer. A message saying an investigation is continuing should not be filed as the resolution.
JS Bank’s published procedure lists an acknowledgement within 48 hours, an interim response after 10 working days if investigation continues, and resolution notification within 3 or 7–15 working days depending on the complaint. Fraud complaints have a stated final-response period of 30 working days. International disputes follow the relevant provider or association’s turnaround times.
These are the bank’s published categories. Ask which category applies to your case instead of treating the shortest period as a guarantee for every dispute.
The bank’s page links the State Bank of Pakistan’s Sunwai portal ↗ in its regulatory-escalation section. Retain the initial complaint, reference, bank responses and supporting records before using an escalation route.
Read the route’s applicable requirements before submitting the case. An escalation is a request for review, not evidence that a refund has been approved.
For a transfer involving an account identifier, the JS Bank IBAN guide explains the bank’s official generator. For account applications, use JS Bank account opening.
No. It confirms receipt. The investigation and final decision are separate.
Contact the bank promptly for protective action. Follow its instructions for the supporting report.
Keep the reference, original chronology, submitted evidence and each bank response, with their dates.
