JazzCash limit table by account level

Short answer JazzCash limits depend on the account level. The current JazzCash terms page lists Level 1 at Rs100,000 daily credit and debit, Rs300,000 monthly credit and debit, and a Rs1,000,000 maximum balance. Higher digital-account levels have larger limits. Check your level in the app before a large transfer because JazzCash says limits can be extended and updated.

JazzCash says the published limits may be extended for a given level and tells customers to call the contact centre for updated product limits. Treat the table as the public limit schedule, not a promise that every account can immediately use the maximum.

Credit, debit and balance are different limits

Credit is money entering the wallet. That can include transfers into JazzCash and other incoming transactions.

Debit is money leaving the wallet. Sending to another wallet or bank, paying a bill and withdrawing cash can all reduce the available debit limit.

Maximum balance is the most money the account can hold at one time. A wallet can be below its monthly incoming limit but still reject a credit if that payment would push the balance above the maximum.

The yearly column is an aggregate. Reaching a daily or monthly limit can stop a transaction even when the yearly amount remains available.

Why a transfer can still be rejected

A transfer can fail below the headline account limit because a service has its own cap, the receiving account has reached a limit, the account level has not been updated, or the bank applies compliance checks.

Before retrying:

  1. Check the account level in the JazzCash app.
  2. Check the remaining daily and monthly limits, not only the wallet balance.
  3. Confirm the receiver’s mobile number or bank details.
  4. Read the amount and fee on the final screen.
  5. If the app shows “pending”, wait for the status or contact JazzCash before sending again.

Do not split a transfer to avoid verification or compliance checks.

Charges are separate from limits

JazzCash’s schedule-of-charges page says its latest statement is dated July 1, 2026. The linked PDF states that it applied from July 1 to September 30, 2026. Because that printed period has ended, this guide does not present those fees as current October charges.

The PDF is still useful for understanding the fee categories JazzCash publishes, including app and USSD platform fees, wallet-to-bank transfers, cash out, cards and inactivity. Always read the current schedule and the final confirmation screen before paying.

For the last published schedule and the service’s own current link, use JazzCash schedule of charges ↗.

Warning A transaction limit is not a reason to share your MPIN, OTP or password. JazzCash says it will never ask for those credentials. Anyone asking for a code to “increase” or “unlock” a limit is not following the official process.

How to check or raise a limit

JazzCash’s terms say limits can be extended against an account level. The service does not publish one universal instant-increase promise on the terms page.

Use the app or official support channel to confirm:

  • your current account level;
  • the documents or biometric verification required;
  • which higher level is available to you;
  • when the new limit takes effect;
  • whether a particular transfer type has a lower cap.

Do not pay an intermediary to change the level.

If the app and website disagree

Use the stricter number until JazzCash confirms otherwise. Save a screenshot of the app’s limit screen and quote the account level when contacting support.

JazzCash publishes these support routes:

  • 4444 from a Jazz number;
  • 111-124-444 as the UAN;
  • 0325-4444786 on WhatsApp.
