Short answer MCB Bank complaints can be filed through the bank’s online form, 24/7 helpline, a branch complaint box, a customer-relations centre, fax or a written letter. Keep a copy and complaint reference. If the matter remains unresolved, follow the current Sunwai or Banking Mohtasib process.
Write down the facts while they are fresh:
Do not include a PIN, password, CVV or one-time code. For suspected fraud or a lost card, call the bank promptly; do not wait for an email reply while loss may continue.

The online form asks for a name, CNIC or NICOP number, callback number, email, city, product and complaint description. Enter sensitive identity data only on the verified official page.
Save the date, channel and exact subject of the complaint. Ask for the complaint reference and record how the bank says it will acknowledge or answer the case.
MCB’s public complaints page does not state one general resolution period for every complaint. Do not assume a deadline from a different bank or product. If MCB gives you a case-specific turnaround time, note it beside the reference and follow up through an official channel if it passes.
A useful description follows a simple sequence:
Do not blame a staff member or system without evidence. If an ATM did not dispense cash, state what the receipt and account balance showed. If a transfer went to the wrong account, report it immediately without claiming a reversal is guaranteed. See can a bank transfer be reversed? for the practical limits.
Use MCB’s published 24/7 helpline when there may be continuing loss. Type the number from the official page yourself. Do not disclose a password or one-time code to a caller, even if the caller knows personal information.
The complaint form is useful for a written record, but an urgent security incident may also require immediate phone contact and a request to block a card, app session or payment instruction. Ask what evidence is required for your case and send it only through a verified channel.
First reply to MCB with the original complaint reference. State what remains unresolved and attach only the evidence relevant to that point.
MCB’s official page links to the State Bank of Pakistan’s Sunwai portal and gives Banking Mohtasib Pakistan as an escalation route. Sunwai identifies itself as a portal for general banking and Roshan Digital Account complaints.
Check each forum’s current eligibility and sequence before filing. Keep proof that the bank had a fair chance to investigate the complaint.
Put these in one folder:
Redact passwords, PINs, CVVs and one-time codes. A dated chronology is easier to assess than a collection of unsorted screenshots.

Use the official e-complaint form, call 111-000-622, visit a branch or customer-relations centre, send a fax, or write to the Complaint Management Unit.
MCB Bank’s official complaints page says 111-000-622 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The public complaints page does not state one general resolution period for all complaints. Keep the bank’s case-specific turnaround time and follow up against that.
MCB links customers to SBP’s Sunwai portal and lists Banking Mohtasib Pakistan. Follow the current eligibility and filing sequence for the forum that fits your case.
