Short answer Meezan Bank complaints can be lodged through the bank’s 24/7 call centre, website, email link, fax or a written letter to its Customer Care Unit. Meezan says it responds within 7 to 15 business days. Keep the complaint reference and a copy of every document you submit.
A complaint is easier to investigate when it describes one event clearly. Note:
Do not put your PIN, password, CVV or one-time code in the complaint. If money may still be at risk, call the bank promptly instead of waiting to prepare a perfect file.

The official page also links to the State Bank of Pakistan’s Sunwai portal. Start with the bank and keep evidence of the date and channel you used.
Meezan says that, once it receives a complaint, it will respond within 7 to 15 business days. This is the bank’s published response window, not a promise that every complaint will be decided in the customer’s favour.
If you submit through a call, ask for the complaint reference and note the time. If you use a written channel, save the sent message, attachment list and acknowledgement. Follow up through an official route if the stated window passes without a useful response.
Use a short chronology:
Avoid guessing who caused the problem. For an ATM dispute, state what the receipt and account balance showed. For a transfer problem, report it immediately, but do not assume a transfer can always be reversed. Our guide to bank-transfer reversals in Pakistan explains the practical limits.
Use the bank’s published phone numbers when there may be continuing loss or blocked access. Type the number yourself from the official source. Do not trust a caller merely because they know your name or account details, and never approve a transaction to “reverse” fraud.
If the bank asks for supporting documents, send them only through a verified channel. Redact unrelated personal information, and never send passwords or one-time codes.
First ask Meezan Bank to reconsider the complaint. Quote the original reference, attach the bank’s response and explain the exact issue that remains unresolved.
Meezan Bank’s official page says customers should approach the bank in writing before taking an unresolved matter to the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan. It also links to Sunwai, the SBP customer-complaint portal for general banking and Roshan Digital Account complaints.
Read each forum’s current eligibility rules before filing. Keep the bank acknowledgement, the response, the transaction evidence and a one-page chronology together.
Save:
This is more useful than a large folder of unlabelled screenshots. Name each file by date and purpose so an investigator can follow the sequence.

Use the official 24/7 call centre, the Customer Care route on Meezan’s website, the email link, fax or a written letter to the Customer Care Unit.

The bank links to SBP’s Sunwai portal. Start with Meezan Bank, keep the bank complaint evidence, and check the portal’s current process before escalating.
Never include a PIN, password, CVV or one-time code. Send identity documents only when an official, verified channel requires them.
